RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
Each refund request will be handle on a case by case basis. If you have received an incorrect item, returns need to be made as vendor will be making a correct replacement of the item. Shipping fee to return the item and redeliver to customer will be borne by vendor. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Policy
We offer a 3 days exchange period (from received date) for defective products. Email your intent for a product return to thbookkecafe@gmail.com. Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us on your own cost and we’ll deliver you the replacement product(s) within 3 working days.
